Pi Strategy Licencing Web Service

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• GetServiceStatus ([out, retval] BSTR* bstrOutput)
  

  Returns an xml string specifying whether the Web Service has been correctly initialised and whether it has successfully connected to its data source. If all systems are running, the xml string will take the form '<licencing><service>ok</service><data>ok</data></licencing>'

• GetUserForKey ([in] long nKeyId, [out, retval] BSTR* bstrOutput)
  

  Returns an xml string specifying all user information and available licenses for a given key number. For formatting of this xml string, please refer to this xml schema.

• InsertUserForKey ([in] long nKeyId, [in] BSTR strUserName, [in] BSTR strContactDetails)
  

  Update or insert details of the client for the specified key. No return values are required.

• NewInsertUserForKey ([in] long nKeyId, [in] long nKeyTypeId, [in] BSTR strUserName, [in] BSTR strContactDetails)
  

  Update or insert details of the client for the specified key, including the type of key. No return values are required.
